The Brief
The client wanted to create a generous and well-designed home that could accommodate multiple residents. The project included a complete build of the property to include four bedrooms, two en-suite bedrooms and two further bedrooms designed with their own kitchenettes.
The Work
We developed the site from the ground up, creating a new four-bedroom home with living and sleeping spaces. The property includes two en-suite bedrooms, two bedrooms with kitchenettes and a separate garden room, providing flexibility and greater independence for residents.
The Result
The completed new-build provides a home that makes excellent use of a previously disused site. The layout and range of private and shared spaces create comfortable accommodation designed around the needs of its occupants.
