Refurbishment
Lucas Construction delivers full project and site management for every refurbishment/renovation project. We employ a truly structured approach to domestic building works, as well as leaving an excellent finish, enablingus to offer the client an exceptional building service. We carry out refurbishment/renovation projects by following one of the two procedures below:
- Lucas Construction can design every aspect of your refurbishment, using experienced architects and then carry out the build stage from this point
- We often find that the client already has a set of drawings. Lucas Construction will then take over the project at this stage to carry out the building works and furthermore, we are able to commence works at short notice due to the depth of resources of the company.
